CAD Technician - Municipal

The CAD Technician is part of a civil engineering design team involved in a variety public infrastructure and transportation improvement projects (i.e., streets, drainage, water, sanitary sewer, etc.).

The position is a technical support role in our Katy or The Woodlands office.ResponsibilitiesUsing established CAD standards to prepare electronic drawings from minimum marked-up plans and/or verbal instruction by engineers/designersOversight of CAD systems management, refinement and evolution of standardsOrganizing and scheduling your own work to accomplish project goals within established budgets and schedulesCoordination with engineers and other design team membersPlotting and assembling construction plansRequirementsAt a minimum, candidates must meet the following educational and professional
