MedVirtual is looking for an HR Specialist who will be the operational backbone of the department, the person who makes sure the systems run, the processes are followed, and the people are supported.This is not a passive administrative role.
The HR Specialist will actively manage HR operations, own the day-to-day execution of people processes, and play a hands-on role in training design and delivery for our growing team of Virtual Assistants (VAs).You will work directly alongside the HR Manager to centralize HR functions previously scattered across Finance and Operations including timesheet auditing, compliance tracking, onboarding, disciplinary documentation, and VA training programs.
