Role Overview: The client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital presence and marketing execution.
This is a hands-on role where you will create content for our social media channels and website, manage our Google Ads campaigns, implement SEO improvements to our website, coordinate email marketing, and use AI and automation tools to make our marketing smarter and more efficient.You will work closely with the General Manager and Product Manager, who will provide strategic direction and content guidance.

Responsibilities: Content Creation & Social MediaYou will be responsible for creating and managing content on our website and social channels, working under the guidance of the General Manager and Product Manager to bring our destinations to life online.Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, following the content direction provided by the General Manager and Product ManagerMonitor and grow our social media presence by tracking performance metrics and identifying what's workingManage and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance reportingEngage with our online community by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely, on-brand mannerWrite blog posts for our website that reflect our destination expertise, support our SEO strategy, and are written in Eclipse Travel's brand voiceMaintain a consistent content calendar and flag any content gaps or opportunities to the teamGoogle Ads ManagementYou will own the day-to-day management and optimisation of our Google Ads account across our key destination regions: Africa, Antarctica, the Arctic, and South America.Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns including campaign structure, ad groups, keyword lists, and ad copyMonitor landing pages and destination URLs to ensure quality, accuracy, and conversion performanceUse Google Ads Scripts, Automated Rules, and reporting tools to monitor performance and flag anomaliesReview the Recommendations tab manually rather than auto-applying, ensuring changes serve our goals rather than Google's defaultsProduce regular reports on campaign performance, search terms, geographic insights, and ROIStay across Google Ads platform updates and relevant third-party tools and recommend adoption where appropriateSEO & AI Search OptimisationWe work with a specialist SEO agency that audits our website and provides detailed recommendations.
