1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Jobs Bringer ("we," "our," or "us"), a job board platform that connects job seekers with employers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform at jobsbringer.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

Individual Operator: Individual operator licensed to conduct business, identification details available upon request in accordance with applicable law

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Interface Modes
Our platform offers three interface modes: Job Seeking, Recruiting, and Page Administration. You may subscribe to multiple modes but must use each mode in accordance with its intended purpose. Misuse of interface modes may result in account restrictions.
3. Platform Services
3.1 Job Board Services
- Job posting and application functionality
- User profile creation and management
- Messaging and communication tools
- Interview scheduling and video call integration
- Work offer negotiations and management
- Quick hire and work seeking listings
3.2 Geographic Restrictions
Job postings are currently supported in select countries within the European Union. You may only post jobs in countries where you are legally authorized to hire. Job location must match the country where the employment will take place.
3.3 Payment Services
We offer premium features through subscription plans and wallet-based payments. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or our refund policy.
4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
4.1 Professional Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the platform for legitimate employment-related purposes only
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and job postings
- Respect other users and maintain professional communication
- Comply with applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction
- Honor commitments made through the platform
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information
- Discriminate based on protected characteristics in hiring or applications
- Harvest, scrape, or collect user data without authorization
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in harassment
- Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
- Use the platform for illegal activities or to violate any laws
- Impersonate other individuals or entities
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Post content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates intellectual property rights
4.3 Content Standards
All content you submit must be professional, accurate, and comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards or applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Platform Ownership
The Jobs Bringer platform, including its design, functionality, trademarks, and proprietary technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5.2 User Content License
By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.
5.3 Respect for Third-Party Rights
You may not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to valid copyright and trademark infringement notices in accordance with applicable law.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
GDPR Compliance: We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian data protection laws. You have specific rights regarding your personal data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Payment Terms and Subscriptions
7.1 Subscription Plans
We offer multiple subscription tiers for each interface mode (Job Seeking, Recruiting, Page Administration). Subscription fees are charged in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may subscribe to up to three different interface modes simultaneously.
7.2 Wallet and Premium Features
Our wallet system allows you to pay for job promotions, interview minutes, and other premium features. Wallet funds are non-refundable but do not expire. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
7.3 Pricing and Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect at the next billing cycle, with at least 30 days advance notice.
7.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Platform Availability and Modifications
Service Availability: While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Platform Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the service.
Beta Features: Some features may be offered in beta or testing phases. These features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
9. Account Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Account deletion is subject to a 7-day grace period, after which your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any reason with reasonable notice. We will attempt to contact you before termination unless immediate action is required for security reasons.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but certain provisions of these Terms (including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1 Service Disclaimer
OUR PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF JOB POSTINGS, USER PROFILES, OR OTHER CONTENT ON OUR PLATFORM.
10.2 Employment Relationships
We are not a party to any employment relationships formed through our platform. We do not verify the accuracy of job postings or user qualifications. All employment decisions are solely between employers and job seekers.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
10.4 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobs Bringer and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Your use of our platform or violation of these Terms
Content you submit to the platform
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any employment relationships or disputes arising from your use of the platform
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law and EU regulations. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the appropriate courts with jurisdiction.

12.3 EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain all rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These Terms do not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God, natural disasters
Government actions or regulations
Network or infrastructure failures
Cyber attacks or security breaches
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes by:
Posting the updated Terms on our platform with a new "Last Updated" date
Sending an email notification for significant changes
Requiring acceptance of new Terms upon login for material changes
Your continued use of our platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jobs Bringer regarding your use of our platform. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
