We are seeking a seasoned database engineer with a track record of unwavering commitment to maintaining reliable and secure database management systems.

We need a data expert who provides a variety of reports and dashboards for the business.

The candidate must understand complex data models, maintain them, and develop and implement ways to improve them.

Essential DutiesInstall, upgrade, and maintain databases (servers and instances), indexes, and related processes, including backup and recoveryConduct performance tuning of database systemsDevelop automated mechanisms (stored procedures, function, and ad hoc scripts) for monitoring, maintenance and routine tasksPerform vulnerability management and continuous optimization of database securityDiagnose and troubleshoot database errorsAnalyze data to create and manage reports, visualizations, and dashboardsUnderstand complex data schemas and create enterprise data models Develop and support data integration mechanisms with other systemsDevelop and maintain database and system documentationTechnical Experience/TechnologiesDatabase Administration and EngineeringMicrosoft SQL Server 2019+ (Standalone and Always on Availability Groups instance configurations)SQL Server Management StudioPowerShellElasticSearch and/or AWS OpenSearch for indices and index managementData analysis and documentation (models, dictionaries, flows, statistical reporting, etc.)Backend Development/IT Systems AdministrationWindows/IIS server administrationPatching

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
