This role is designed to proactively identify, qualify, and convert project-based opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and logistics sectors.You will be responsible for building a high-quality sales pipeline by tracking major projects across Australia, identifying decision-makers, and positioning our client to secure subcontracting and equipment hire opportunities.
Success in this role will be measured by the volume and quality of opportunities generated, contribution to revenue, and ability to consistently bring the business into early-stage project conversations.Responsibilities:Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction, and energy projectsTrack major project pipelines and identify early-stage opportunities for engagementIdentify key decision-makers and companies awarded primary contracts and initiate outreach strategiesBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunitiesSupport and coordinate the preparation of quotes, proposals, and pricing submissionsDrive outbound prospecting efforts through research, email outreach, and strategic engagementMaintain accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activitiesProvide actionable market insights to support sales strategy and positioningCollaborate with internal teams to align on priority opportunities and conversion strategiesSupport marketing efforts (e.g.
