You don't wait for opportunities to land in your lap; you create them through relentless curiosity, focus, engagement, and an unwavering drive to win.What You Will DoOutbound Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and acquire large, strategically aligned partners.Lead Conversion: Build and maintain a strong pipeline, converting leads into engaged customers efficiently.Research and Networking: Research target organisations and connect with key decision-makers via email, phone, and in-person meetings (when the potential size of the opportunity warrants it).Internal Collaboration: Support smooth partner transitions and long-term growth by collaborating closely with internal teams.Sales Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records and sales activity in Salesforce to track progress and inform future outreach.High-Volume Management: Handle multiple high-volume activities while ensuring clear and proactive communication.Partner Handoff: Lead partner handoffs by following implementation guidelines and coordinating with onboarding teams.Cross-Functional Initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Head of Sales & Partnerships.
Your Qualifications3–5 years of Business Development experience, including work with Senior management and business owners.You have a strong background in high-pressure, fast-paced commercial environments.You have extensive experience using Salesforce.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.Experience in eCommerce or the print industry is desirable.You have customer-facing and client engagement experience.Technical SkillsYou have strong project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities and details.You can match customer needs with tailored business solutions.You have excellent problem-solving and commercial acumen.You have a solid understanding of graphic design, pre-press, print and manufacturing processes.You have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, especially over the phone and email.Why You’ll Love Working Here:VistaPrint offers a lot to love.
