CSA Package Manager (Architectural)

Reporting to the Architectural Lead, this role will be responsible for the management and delivery of CSA Architectural packages — including internal architectural finishes, raised floors, partitions, doors, ceilings, clean rooms, and specialist fitout elements — ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of allocated CSA Architectural packages from procurement through to handoverManage package scope, programme, and deliverables to ensure successful executionCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work is executed safely and in line with project requirementsTrack and manage package-specific milestones to ensure alignment with overall project programmeReview and manage subcontractor scopes, tender returns, and package pricingAttend and contribute to project coordination and client meetings as requiredMonitor and report on package progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measuresSupport procurement activities, including management of long-lead materials and specialist fitout equipmentWork closely with engineering, design, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural worksTrack and ensure timely delivery and installation of materials, fixtures, and finishesOversee quality assurance and control for all architectural elements, ensuring compliance with Winthrop and client standardsReview and validate subcontractor applications for payment in conjunction with the commercial teamSupport project handover and close-out activities, ensuring completion of all package-related documentationRequirementsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline5+ experience in a main contracting environmentProven experience managing architectural/fitout packages on large-scale construction projects, ideally within Data Centres or high-tech sectorsStrong technical understanding of architectural finishes, fitouts, and high-spec internal worksExcellent organisational, communication, and coordination skillsStrong understanding of project sequencing, package interfaces, and programme deliveryProficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant project management toolsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across CSA, MEP, and commissioning teamsCommercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCommitted to delivering works safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standardsBenefitsOpportunity to work for a market leader in the Data centre industry Working on large scale data centre projects Collaborative team working environments Career progression and development supported Competitive salary packages Winthrop Technologies Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
