As a Director, National Sales - QuikTrip, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships with our customers and bringing our iconic brands to life across the globe.
We are seeking passionate, results-driven individuals with national sales experience who take pride in representing our brands and fostering meaningful partnerships.What You’ll Do for UsStrategic Business Planning: Lead collaborative business planning to develop and execute key partnership initiatives, category programs, and strategies that drive brand sales and growth.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, both internally and externally, by identifying strategic opportunities and addressing challenges to promote product growth.Account Management: Develop comprehensive Account Business Plans, including goals, key initiatives, major actions, support needs, and new product recommendations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local bottling teams, distributor portfolios, and cross-functional representatives to ensure Coca-Cola North America delivers the full depth and breadth of resources for mutual success.Supply Chain Strategy: Design and activate direct supply chain strategies to drive efficiencies across Coca-Cola North America Product Supply and Foodservice distributor operations.Competitive Insights: Stay informed about competitive activities within assigned geographies and communicate relevant insights in a timely manner.Distributor Stewardship: Lead stewardship routines with distributors to measure and communicate performance against mutually agreed-upon plans.Category Innovation Activation: Drive the implementation of Coca-Cola North America’s category innovations (e.g., Freestyle, Tea, Refresh Server, Juice, and VEB brands) at both national and local levels within the Foodservice distributor network.Customer Service Excellence: Champion change by eliminating barriers and resolving service issues to deliver the highest level of distributor customer service.Qualification & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries.Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects effectively.Relationship Management: Expertise in managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, bottlers, and third-party partners, with a deep understanding of supplier capabilities and performance.Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, transportation planning, and management of DPU, intermodal, and over-the-road carrier networks.Problem-Solving
