This role sits at the heart of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations and ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of incentive compensation workflows.
The analyst will partner closely with GTM leadership to drive data integrity, improve compensation processes, support financial analysis, and optimize overall revenue performance within a fast‑paced SaaS environment.What We’re Looking For:2+ years in FP&A, Sales Finance, Revenue Operations, or Sales Compensation.Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting; preferred experience with Salesforce Spiff.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, quota attainment).Ability to work cross‑functionally in a dynamic GTM environment.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.What You’ll Be Working On:Salesforce Spiff Program ManagementBuild, configure, and manage Salesforce Spiff plans and maintain data integrity within the commissions tool.Ensure accuracy of incentive crediting, attainment calculations, and payout workflows.Own full SPIFF documentation: metrics, rules, payouts, eligibility, and quarterly/annual updates.Partner with HR/People Operations to ensure plan sign‑offs and audit compliance.
Conduct effectiveness analyses and financial modeling to evaluate performance of incentive structures.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Support GTM budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to Sales & Marketing.Provide monthly/quarterly financial performance insights and management reporting packages.Model revenue scenarios and assess financial impact of incentive changes.Salesforce Reporting & GTM AnalyticsBuild dashboards and reports for SPIFF performance, quota attainment, and rep productivity.Validate Salesforce data quality and collaborate with Sales Ops to enhance CRM accuracy.Deliver insights tied to pipeline trends, revenue drivers, and incentive ROI.Revenue & Commercial Finance SupportMonitor ARR/MRR trends, pipeline conversion, and revenue forecasting inputs.Support compensation modeling, quota planning, and capacity planning.Headcount & Capacity ModelingAssist GTM leaders with hiring plans, productivity analysis, and coverage models.Marketing Spend & ROI OversightMaintain PO logs and support ROI analysis of marketing programs.Ad‑hoc Strategic SupportParticipate in compensation tool enhancements, pricing analysis, revenue optimization projects, and leadership initiatives.Ready to take your career to the next level?
