If you’re ready to be part of a team that values ideas, collaboration, and growth, this is your opportunity.About the roleDue to an internal promotion, we are seeking a State Service Delivery Manager to join our NSW branch.Reporting to the General Manager – Managed Services, the State Service Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring consistent product reliability, and providing strong team leadership.This field-facing role manages ongoing service relationships with Konica Minolta customers and leads, develops, and supports a highly skilled service delivery workforce.Key responsibilities include:Oversee service delivery to customers, ensuring service levels are met and outcomes are effective and profitable.Lead and develop the service delivery team through regular, structured meetings and performance reviews aligned to organisational objectives (Performance for Growth).Drive a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement across the service delivery team.Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring all contracted service deliverables are met, including regular customer meetings and acting as the primary contact for service delivery exceptions.Manage state P&L costs relating to the Service Delivery team.Support sales teams in the creation and presentation of quarterly reviews for allocated accounts within the team’s area.Support implementations and service provision in partnership with the Project Management Office and Professional Services teams.Provide support to indirect and dealer channels.
Identify and promote new revenue opportunities.Communicate and champion the company vision and service offering.Understanding of workshop and end-to-end service delivery process.RequirementsKey Requirements for success Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to:Establish and maintain productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, both within and outside the company.Prepare detailed reports and recommendations.Develop and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.Represent the company with credibility, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.Lead and manage employees effectively.Strong understanding of client relationship management, service level agreement (SLA) management, service change management, and service delivery performance metrics.Well-developed understanding of customer-centric business processes, technology needs, and business challenges, with the ability to develop high-value solutions to meet those needs.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to assess information and formulate sound business recommendations.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under pressure and coordinate complex matters within tight deadlines.Sound knowledge of office, production, and industrial print equipment.As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
