ABOUT THIS ROLEThe Winnipeg Blue Bombers operate the largest single-sport attendance draw in Manitoba — 32,000 fans per game, 14 consecutive regular season sellouts, and a corporate partnership portfolio spanning game day, digital, and community assets year-round.We're adding a Sales & Partnership Activation Coordinator to the team that sells and delivers those partnerships.
This is a role at the center of every deal — from first proposal to final recap — supporting both the Corporate Sales and Partnership Activation functions of the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DOSales AdministrationSupport the Corporate Sales and Partnership teams with day-to-day administration across the full sales cycleAssist with preparation of sponsorship proposals, presentations, contracts, and end-of-season recap reportsMaintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databasesCoordinate invoicing, contract tracking, ticketing fulfillment, and renewal schedulesSupport lead generation, prospect research, and sales reporting on inventory and activitySchedule meetings and manage internal communications across departmentsPartnership ActivationCoordinate execution of sponsorship assets across game days, digital platforms, community events, and stadium activationsManage partner fulfillment to ensure all contractual obligations are delivered accurately and on timeLiaise with internal departments including marketing, game operations, content, ticketing, and community relationsCoordinate signage, hospitality, promotional elements, contests, and in-stadium partner experiencesOrganize partner events, appearances, and community initiativesPrepare post-event and end-of-season partnership recap materialsGame Day & EventsSupport corporate partner activations at all Winnipeg Blue Bombers home games — this role is present and operational on game daysAssist with hospitality coordination and partner servicing throughout each gameEnsure all sponsor assets and branding elements are executed on time, on spec, and on brandTroubleshoot and respond quickly to operational needs in a live event environmentGeneralBuild and maintain professional relationships with corporate partners and internal stakeholdersContribute to a collaborative, fast-moving team environmentSupport special projects and departmental initiatives as requiredRequirements WHO YOU AREDetail-oriented and deadline-driven — you don't let things fall through the cracksA strong communicator who can represent the organization professionally with corporate partnersA self-starter who identifies what needs to get done without waiting to be toldComfortable in a fast-paced, event-driven environment where priorities shift and game day is non-negotiableEnergized by sports, live events, and the idea of building something the whole city watchesWHAT YOU BRINGMust HavesPost-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sport Management, Communications, or a related field with 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, sponsorship, marketing, events, or sports businessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Excel, PowerPoint, and Word along with experience with CRM platforms.
Archtics or Ticketmaster proficiency is an asset.
Availability to work all 10+ Winnipeg Blue Bombers home games (including potential playoff dates), select WFC events, and standard business hours Monday through Friday.
