Talarico for Texas is hiring a Scheduling Manager to join James Talarico’s US Senate campaign.
This is a full-time, paid position.About You:Dedicated to Democratic politics and ready to help elect James Talarico to the US SenateStrong organizational skills and ability to juggle more than one project at once, along with strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with a team under tight deadlines and in a high-pressure environmentResponsibilities:Process incoming invitations and scheduling requests through Asana in coordination with the Scheduling team.Ensure schedule details are accurate, including confirmation of locations, staff assignments, and preparatory materials.Perform administrative support tasks for the Scheduling Director.Provide ad-hoc logistical and project management support to the Candidate’s schedule.RequirementsStrong Candidates should possess the following

The ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.The ability to stay calm under pressure and exercise sound judgment.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
