This is not a traditional PR job.
It’s a modern brand marketing role built in stages: first, get the editorial and press release fundamentals right.
Then scale into large scale collabs, house-brand collections, ambassador programmes, sports and community partnerships, and earned coverage that gets cited back in LLMs, AI search and builds brand authority.
Your mandate is to make our brand a statement, not a necessity — and to grow branded search, repeat purchase rate, and new-market awareness as a result.
You’ll lead a team of two in-house specialists, partner closely with merchandising, influencer, creative, and SEO, and have full visibility and direct access to the founding team.What You’ll DoOwn the commercial outcome of PR, Brand and Partnerships: branded search growth, new-market awareness, contribution to organic revenueLead a team of two: a PR and Copy Specialist and a Content Specialist.
