Project Manager, Client OperationsLocation: Burbank (On-Site)Schedule: Day Shift, 9a Start TimePosition Type: Full-Time, SalariedCompensation Range: $75,000-$90,000ResponsibilitiesManage the creation and delivery of digital video and audio files to digital storefronts such as iTunes, Netflix, Amazon and Disney+Manage multiple projects from client(s) order to delivery completion, focusing on highest quality and on time deliveryEstablish a solid understanding of specific client specifications and needsBuild strong working relationships with clients and deliver world class customer serviceManage, monitor, and update all timelines, setting realistic expectations for day to day deliveries and communicating clearly with clients and internal operationsWork with the billing team to ensure projects are billed correctly and on time to clientsPerform order entries based on client requests and ensure data accuracy in all internal and external systemsProvide strategic solutions to any issues that may arise with clientsCollaborate with operational teams to build processes and make sure workflows operate smoothly and efficientlyIdentify areas of opportunity to enhance clients’ experience and work closely with other department leaders to drive initiatives and to execute on those opportunitiesSupport Pixelogic’s vision and represent the best interests of both the customer as well as the companyAbide by security policies and protect information entrusted to youDocument processes to use as training guides (including video trainings)Utilize dashboards, reports and metrics to monitor production milestones and statusHelp build and evolve the company and team cultureParticipate in capacity planning process for your customers, ensuring accuracy in rolling demand versus capacity forecastsParticipate in Corrective Action Report (CAR) process for client rejections and other issues to ensure proper processes/procedures are always in place to prevent issues from happening and especially recurringParticipate in Operational Initiatives (OI’s) in collaboration with technology, operational and admin teams to continuously improve workflows related to your accountsRequirementsBachelor’s degree preferredLocalization (subtitling, dubbing) and/or digital media and mastering experience preferredSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementCollaborative thinker who works well in a teamExperience in media industry and post-production workflowsPassionate about customer experience and customer service excellenceExcellent communication skills with technical and non-technical individualsDeep sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumeProblem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the boxOutstanding attention to detail and ability to plan complex projects with urgencyA positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiastic to get things done
