In this role, you will take full ownership of the Eightcap financial ecosystem, transforming complex data into clear, actionable business insights and airtight compliance.To drive real impact in this role, you will:Be our Financial Controller: You’ll leverage your CA/CPA qualification and senior-level experience to lead our month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

We need a technical accounting expert who can manage group consolidations and intercompany eliminations with precision, ensuring our general ledger is a source of absolute truth.Master the Global Ecosystem: Operating in the fast-paced world of CFDs and FX, you will act as the "navigator" for our international entities.

This involves managing FX translations, overseeing transfer pricing policies, and ensuring our intercompany balances reconcile perfectly across diverse jurisdictions and currencies.Drive Operational Excellence: You aren't just a reporter of data; you are a builder of processes.

You will own the end-to-end financial control function, from preparing BAS returns and managing external audits to refining our use of platforms like NetSuite.

You’ll constantly hunt for ways to refactor internal controls and automate workflows to support a scaling business.Manage Capital & Innovation: You will oversee the lifeblood of the organization: cash flow, funding, and capital requirements.

This includes the daily management of partner payments and navigating the modern frontier of cryptocurrency transactions and storage.

You’ll provide the strategic "green light" on projects requiring material capital investment.Lead & Empower Globally: Working with both local stakeholders and our offshore team in the Philippines, you will be a mentor and a coach.

You’ll bridge the gap between technical finance and executive strategy, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear directives while fostering a culture of high performance and meticulous attention to detail.Bring a Modern Mindset: You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in energetic, high-pressure environments.
