What you’ll doWe’re hiring an AI Business Consultant to own how new clients move from signed contract to confident, daily AI use.

This is a hybrid consulting, implementation, and client success role – consultative, people-first, and squarely focused on adoption.You’ll partner with sales, product, and our engagement team, and you’ll have a real hand in shaping how CORTO runs the front half of the client lifecycle.

Because AI Paralegal generates revenue based on client usage, the deal closing isn’t the finish line – it’s the start.

Success looks like firms actually using the product and growing their usage month over month.To make this happen you will:Own the end-to-end implementation experience for new firms – from contract signed through to embedded daily usage and live revenuePartner with sales across the full cycle, forward and backward – joining the conversation before the deal closes and staying close afterLead onsite and remote training sessions tailored to the firm – structured pre-work, a half to full day onsite for smaller firms, and deliberate follow-upDrive targeted post-implementation outreach – help firms hit and grow their monthly usage Run a clean handoff to the engagement team once firms are bedded in, so they can optimise long-term usage and revenueRefine the implementation playbook itself – process, training methods, and segmentation by firm size and type are yours to shapeBring real-world feedback back to product and sales – what’s resonating, what’s blocking adoption, what we need to build nextManage multiple implementations in parallel and continuously improve cycle time without trading off adoption qualityWhat you’ll bringExperience working in a law firm as a Lawyer, Paralegal or Legal Secretary – knowing the mechanics and operations of a law firm will be critical to your successA consultative, people-first style – this role is change management more than technical configurationStrong stakeholder management across internal teams (sales, product, support, engagement) and on the client sideTrack record of training professionals on new tools and getting actual behaviour change – not just system activationComfort with ambiguity and a habit of building structure where it doesn’t exist yet – this function is being builtGenuine interest in AI and how it’s changing professional work – you don’t need to be a builder, but you should be a curious userYou are the type of person whoMeasures success by adoption and outcomes, not by activity completedCan run multiple implementations in parallel without dropping the thread on any of themCan communicate clearly under pressure – with a partner one minute and a developer the nextSpots a process gap and writes it up rather than working around it foreverBuilds trusted client relationships and isn’t afraid to push back when it’s the right callGenuinely enjoys being in the room with clients – it’s where the best work happensCORTO is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
