This role is responsible for coordinating office moves, managing day-to-day facility requests, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient, cost-effective facility operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in multi-site facilities management.ResponsibilitiesReal Estate & Office MovesAssist with planning and execution of office relocations, expansions, and consolidationsManage logistics including IT coordination, and move schedulingLiaise with brokers, landlords, and internal stakeholders throughout move processesMaintain real estate portfolio data including lease terms, critical dates, and occupancy detailsFacilities ManagementOversee day-to-day facility operations for 25+ office locationsServe as primary point of contact for facility-related requests (maintenance, repairs, space assignments, furniture requests)Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high service standardsDevelop and standardize facility procedures and best practices across officesVendor ManagementSource and manage third-party vendors (e.g., janitorial, security, contractors)Negotiate contracts, scopes of work, and service level agreementsMonitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standardsFinancial OversightReview and approve facility-related invoices for accuracy and budget alignmentTrack and manage operating expenses across multiple officesAssist in developing and maintaining annual facilities budgetsIdentify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficienciesCompliance & SafetyEnsure facilities comply with company safety policiesSupport workplace safety initiatives and emergency preparedness planningCollaboration & SupportPartner closely with the AVP to execute strategic real estate and facilities initiatives Collaborate with internal teams including IT, HR, Finance, and Administration Provide regular reporting on facilities performance, projects, and costsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in facilities and/or real estate management, preferably in a multi-location environmentExperience supporting office moves, lease coordination, and vendor managementStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesFinancial acumen with experience reviewing invoices and managing budgetsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with facilities management systems and Microsoft Office SuiteFrequent travel to various office locations throughout Oregon, California, and future prospective offices on the West Coast.Preferred

Travel to other BKF locations and client sites may be required.BenefitsThe typical base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 annualized depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
