About You You’re a collaborative and solutions-focused Business Analyst who thrives on turning business needs into clear, practical outcomes.
With strong experience gathering requirements, managing stakeholders and supporting process and system improvements, you’re confident working across both technical and non-technical teams.You bring strong problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a range of projects.
You’re organised, detail-oriented and comfortable guiding change through documentation, testing support and clear communication.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar systems/process improvement roleStrong requirements gathering and documentation skillsExperience supporting testing, change management and user adoptionProven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships across the businessExperience in tourism and/or eCommerce will be highly regarded About The RoleAs Business Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of revenue systems and business processes across Journey Beyond.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will help identify needs, translate requirements into practical solutions and support the successful delivery of system and process improvements.This is a varied and collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working across both technical and non-technical teams.
