We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and client-focused Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to support our growing Functional & Naturopathic Medicine practice.
This role is critical to delivering a premium patient experience, managing daily clinical operations, and serving as the primary point of contact for our holistic healthcare community.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including answering multi-line phone calls, monitoring practice emails, and executing fast-paced task follow-ups.EHR Management: Utilize Charm EHR to schedule patient appointments, update medical records, and track daily clinical tasks with high accuracy.Patient & Lab Coordination: Facilitate the ordering and tracking of specialized functional medicine laboratory kits and process incoming medical records for provider review.Premium Customer Service: Guide patients through their wellness journeys with strong clinical judgment, high empathy, and proactive communication regarding their care plans.Clear Patient Communication: Provide clear, articulate verbal instructions and support via phone and video, ensuring absolute communication clarity for sensitive patient dynamics.RequirementsSoftware Expertise: Previous hands-on experience with Charm EHR is a high priority.Industry Background: Prior experience working within a Functional Medicine, Integrative, or Naturopathic clinic setting is highly preferred.Communication Clarity: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent to ensure seamless understanding during detailed patient interactions.Clinical Acumen: Strong problem-solving abilities and the professional judgment required to handle patient inquiries safely and accurately.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating modern digital toolkits, email systems, and remote office setups.
