Monthly paychecks typically range from $3000-$7000/month.
Bucket 1 – Remote Patient Monitoring (70–95% of pay) Conduct scheduled virtual check-ins with patients (weekly or monthly) to follow up on symptoms and medicationsRespond to software alerts when vital sign anomalies are detected (e.g., dangerously high blood pressure)The more efficiently you work, the more you earnCan be done from home (8 AM–5 PM) or on-siteBucket 2 – Patient Enrollment (On-Site) | $15 per enrolled patientBe present at the doctor's office at least 3 days/week to enroll patients in the RPM programWhen a patient comes in, you have ~10 minutes to introduce the program and walk them through enrollmentReal-time access to the patient schedule — you always know what your day looks likeSubmit your preferred on-site days weeks in advance (3–5 days); the team schedules around your availabilityBucket 3 – On-Site Hourly Base | $7.25/hourClock in/out during on-site hours — covers commute time and gasDuring downtime between enrollments, continue remote monitoring from a dedicated contractor station — earning from all 3 buckets simultaneouslyRequirementsCMA, CNA, or LPN CertificationMedical Assisting and Patient Care skillsKnowledge of Medical TerminologyExperience in Medical Office proceduresExperience in taking vital sign and weight measuresProficiency in managing Medical RecordsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamExperience with virtual care technologies is a plusBenefitsHybrid
