Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish.The "Hustle" & Heart: A deep alignment with immigrant rights and social justice.Willingness to Learn: A proactive disposition to master immigration law, bond representation, and removal defense strategies.
Location & Logistics: Based in New Jersey with a reliable vehicle to appear in person for court and ICE presentations in NJ, NY, and PA.What You’ll DoMaster a New Field: Transition your trial skills to represent clients in Master Calendar, Bond, and Individual Hearings.Strategize: Develop innovative defense strategies, including Cancellation of Removal, Asylum, and Adjustment of Status.Collaborate: Work with a dedicated team of paralegals and case managers to build ironclad cases.Participate in "Consultation Day" events to evaluate case eligibility and explain legal options.
