Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our accounting processes.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completenessEntering accounting information into Applied EpicReconciling accounts to ensure data integrityPreparing internal invoices for processingRequirementsQualifications:2+ years of accounting or clerical experienceHands-on experience with accounts payable invoice processingHands-on experience with accounts receivable billing and invoicingHands-on experience performing account reconciliationsProficiency using spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets) for accounting tasksEnglish proficiency at CEFR C1 level (spoken and written)Available to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hoursRemote-work setup with reliable internet connection, backup options, suitable power setup, and appropriate work equipmentPreferred
